It is being leaked that Dave Wiotvet is the head referee for the Big Ten Championship game.
What does this mean you ask?
Wiotvet has a history of being unreasonably biased towards Michigan State (he was the ref during the ND game this year).
He seems to be a puppet for Big Ten commissioner Jim Delaney, and I would not be surprised at all to see some sketchy pass interference, holding and personal fouls called against MSU.
Maybe they cover the spread, but don't be shocked if some questionable calls take the game away from them. Just some food for thought. Delaney will most likely use any influence he can to put OSU in the national title game.

many people will mock you for this but i agree when there is big money involved corruption is near.
Thanks Pro. I fully expect to get mocked by many with this post, but you can't deny the refs influence on games...especially one with so much on the line.
Delaney already caters to OSU and Michigan, so don't be surprised if the calls favor OSU.
Maybe it means nothing and MSU wins anyways, but I woulnd't be surprised to see a close game, with OSU pulling it out due to some shady calls.

No one with a right mind should make fun of you. All you have to say is game 6 of Sac/Lakers playoff series (it's almost like pointing to the scoreboard to prove your point that games can and do get fixed). And I have another great one for you. Pro, I'm sure you recall this being a Laker fan. Last year at the end of the season when the Lakers needed wins to get into the playoffs they played the Warriors (think it was the game Bryant got hurt...it was karma) but that was one of the most blatantly fixed games I ever saw, and I know cause I had the Lakers in that game. I didn't think I had a chance until all the phantom calls started being made. They even let steve blake shoot free throws for Howard, even though Howard was the guy who got fouled. Needless to say, the Dubs announcers could not believe what they were watching.
