Blowoutgm's Week 0 Plays!

Question

Been extremely busy this summer but I should find more time to get on the forum's this football season. Here's what I have locked in so far....

Vandy -7 (-130) Waited too late and had to buy a point. Just a huge mismatch and while I hate taking favorites when they have to travel to Hawaii, I think Hawaii is way over matched on top of the lack of stability in their program.

Illinois/Wyoming under 44.5 - Illinois plays their next game on a Friday on the road. I expect them to come out very vanilla and will pound the rock. I see a 30-13 type game here.

Locked in for Week 1 (W. Virginia +7, Army +3.5, and N.C. St. -10)

I will have some short write ups/thoughts on the week 1 games in a few days. (headed offshore and need some time to settle in)

Good eye on seeing the 5 day between Illinois game and agree Brett B. will run run run and should have the horses on his lines to control the ball and the clock

No one touching the 27.5 Utah St over UConn. Everyone thinking it&#x27;s a look ahead to Alabama for Utah St?

Adding Utah/Florida under 51. I think points will be at a premium here. Utah's defense is nasty and although I love Napier, I think it'll take Florida a few games to get rolling in his system.

@DrStrangelove&#xA; I really like it but i just hope Illinois doesn&#x27;t pour it on too much. Illinois 38-10 wouldn&#x27;t shock me. Saying that, I may take the Illini! lol! Still looking but opening week this year is tougher than I&#x27;ve seen in a long time. &#xA; &#xA;GL!

Week 0 is basically a throw away week. I probably wouldn&#x27;t touch any of these games if I had a full slate of games to choose from like we&#x27;ll have next week. I think the best play on the board this week might be Nebraska/NW under now that the total has moved up to around 52. I just can&#x27;t see these two teams coming out of the gate fast with a 6:30 am kickoff in their first game in a foreign country. Seems like a weird atmosphere for a college football game.

@blowoutgm&#xA; I&#x27;m with you on this. I anticipate a slobbernocker of a game. Both teams will most likely be run heavy, and I believe the FL D will rise to the occasion in a raucous Swamp atmosphere.
