BYU/Toledo Line Something smells fishy

Opened at 3.5 now is down to 2.5 to a decent not near the talent level they have played the last few weeks TOLEDO team. 

Game is televised on ESPN+ and is early. 

Something does not add up. Can anyone give some input why Toledo could win this game?

i think byu's backup rb was a starter last year? idk i'm more nfl dfs and casual college fan.

That is a link to a great capping tool, The 2019 college football talent composite. It adds up how many 3,4, and 5 star athletes each team has. BYU has 4 4star athletes and 51 3star athletes. Toledo has 0 4 star athletes and 41 3star athletes. You probably thought BYU with their name recognition recruited better that the 68th best team in the country, they don't.

Sharps bought low on the short home dog Rockets (2-1) who have won two straight against Murray (45-0) and Colorado State (41-35). Pros grabbed Toledo at the key number of +3 and forced bookmakers to drop the line down to 2.5.   Tix count with BYU, $$$ with the Rockets.  This is actually one of the heavier bet games as of now.
