Cal has 4 losses, by 1 to Miami, 1 to NC State, 2 to Pitt and 5 to FSU. Cal dominated all 4 games statistically and lost late all 4 times.
Wake has played 4 teams with a pulse and are 1-3 in those games losing by 34 to Ole Miss, 35 to Clemson, 3 to ULL and beat NC State by 3. They beat a hapless Stanford by 3, Virginia by 1 and UConn by 3.

Cal should be 8-0 right now with a tougher schedule playing a bottom of the ACC Wake team and laying only 7 points.

I like weighing matchups to pick games but in this case the eye test is so clear that one of these 4-4 teams is a pretender and that team is Wake.
