The Clemson tigers will play the Georgia Bulldawgs tomorrow in Atlanta. The last time these teams played was 2021, when UGA managed to hold off the tigers for a 10-3 victory in Charlotte. I think tomorrow will be a different story.
Dabo has built a solid program and has shown his tigers can compete over the years and win against top notch programs. BUT, I think Clemson lost one of the biggest pieces to the success of their program when defensive coordinator Brent Venables left for Oklahoma.
Tomorrow, I think we will see Clemsons QB struggle for 4 quarters against that UGA defense. He’s a good QB but he’s not what people have come to expect when seeing a Clemson offense that was once lead by Deshaun Watson and Trevor Lawrence. I also think Kirby and his team will have extra motivation after getting left out of the CFP last season. He will leave no doubt this season not only beating opponents but given the chance he will embarrass them to prove that point, (Example: FSU last bowl season). I see a cover by UGA and them pulling away by the early second half. Just my take on it, Best of luck to all
