This UGA grad lives pretty close to Columbia and good friend huge fan,so kinda keep up with em. Playing great of late with five consecutive wins and both O and D playing well.Beamer done great job. D probably top ten in nation.Pressure, sack rate very good. Sellers and Sanders great combo resulting in a good rushing attack. Huge difference in SOS ...10th vs 60 th...with Clemsun beating just one team with a winning record! Offensive stats padded in that when facing good Ds ,averaging 24 or less. Revenge spot for Carolina and I like the +3. Early game at Clemsun so HFA perhaps not as much in effect. Clemson fans bitching about this early kickoff too.

Will be a good weekend after Dawgs shut loud fireflies up. Lot of jaw jacking going on with resurgent season. Esp their HC. KS probably one of best HCs in the game at this time.

Another rather simple, elementary tool I like is to use is Massey Ratings Power,O,D and SOS ranking and compare the composite. I'm sure there is a site that factors in level of competition in performance rankings, metrics but this offhand approach will have to suffice. 76 vs 119 in favor of SC. Massey s rolling algorithm is quite good now at this late stage as the sample base is large. However,as we know,in a rivalry game the intangibles of emotion, momentum as such beyond the scope of any algo. Knowing Dabo,it wouldn't surprise me if he's run his mouth once again and given the Cocks additional motivation with some disparaging comment. Think back to Bowl game recently agst Ohio State ,he pissed them off badly, and they laid sixty on him in an otherwise mediocre season for them.

With all this playoff discussion, interesting in that UGA is ranked as having played second toughest schedule in the country...as KS has argued. With ND 68th and OSU 52nd. Wtf. Something that caught my eye was the big gap in pwr rank and SOS betw mich and OSU and the current mkt price of 20 in this could be inflated, value yet 73% of the handle is taking that +.
