Jags would beat bama 99% of the time, if not more.
Think of it this way. Say the NFL has an expansion team coming into the league RIGHT NOW, and they were able to draft ANY COLLEGE PLAYERS AT ANY POSTIONS THEY WANTED. Then let's say this team decided to ONLY draft Alabama players until their roster was filled.
An expansion team, with ALL rookies, ALL from the same college team, most of which aren't going to be drafted by ANYONE! I know Bama will have a lot of players drafted, but not 40+, that's for sure.
Jags would stomp them.

dating myself,but old enough to remember when the college allstars played the NFL champions in the beginning of the year. I only remember the last couple as it was from 1934-1976. The NFL Champs won 31,coll allstars won 9 and 2 ties. The last win for the coll stars was 1963 20-17 over GB.
Still I agree if you take the best team in NCAA worse even the worst NFL team,,The NFL is going to win 99% of the time. No comparison even.

The Spread would be 85 plus if both teams played 60 minutes to the best of their abilities...these comparisons are so absurd. One team has the equivalent of 22 All America Starters and the other has 5 or 6 at the most, playing with at least half that would not make an NFL roster...

I would bet that if we made an allstar team of college kids, they allstars would be favored by 14 over the Jags... and cover
I doubt those all stars would win, but it would be closer than JVille v Bama...you could make the argument that all 22 starters are 1st and 2nd round picks in a given year. If properly coached up (time and resources), then your argument may hold water of a somewhat competitive game, but I still think a bad NFL team like JVillle would win going away...
