Can Mount Union get revenge from last years lost in the semi finals against Mary Hardin Baylor. I do not know anything about either of these teams, but I have to go with Mt Union +3.

Thoughts?
Suggestions? 
Plays? 

From what I have read Mt Union is the number 1 offense and MHB has the number 1 defense.

Mount Union has a very explosive offense, and they have had the tougher road than Baylor. I took the over at 47, as Baylor does have some good talent but Mounts offense should carry them to victory. No one will be able to stop Justin Hill.

Former D3 player and Coach here......no I'm not an expert by any means but here is my 2 cents.



UMHB by 10+

UMHB struggles offensively but Mt. Unions defense isn't the defense they used to have. 

UMHB has probably the top defense in D3 football. Their DL is full of absolute monsters and there is speed everywhere on the field for them. 

Special teams is a huge advantage to UMHB, especially in the return game with a kid named Bryce Wilkerson.

UMHB has played better quality teams the entire season and playoffs. 

I expect for a UMHB repeat tonight. 

The Fulford kid will have to play the game of his life tonight for Mt. Union to have a chance. If the MTU's defense gives up 28 points, they have no shot to win this game. 

Take it for what it's worth but I'm on UMHB -2.5

wouldn't it be fair to say the OAC is far and above ASC in terms of competition? John Carroll is no push over and they had more ranked teams in the top 50. I just look at there stats being more inflated because of the inferior competition they have played thus far.

No the OAC isn't far and above the ASC.

MTU's offensive stats are certainly skewed with the teams they played.


UMHB, Hardin Simmons, and even ETBU would go and compete year in and year out in the OAC.

Your All "High" if you think UMHB is winning this game. None of those teams listed could compete for a conference title in the OAC. You look at their over all records from say 1992 to today. There is No Way they are better. Not by conference, not by schedule. That's facts folks. That's Reality.

I believe this year's version of the Cru defense is even better than last years was and have allowed fewer points per game then Mt. Union's did in 2015. 16 points in 4 playoff games. Oh yeah!!!!! With that being said, I'm parlaying UMHB - 1/2 and Under 49 1/2 at +175.  Let's Go CRU!!!!

ohio valley boy and you are talking up the OAC. Not surprised. 

Overall records from 1992 don't mean a thing for the game tonight. 

MTU's OL needs to stretch that neck out extra good before the game.

Must have been a "down" year for the OAC. 

SOS has UMHB at #41 and Mt Union at #73 at the end of the regular season

Boy was I wrong. Hats off to the Mt U defense. They made the struggling UMHB offense, struggle. 

Fulford kid did exactly what he had to do and the missed INT that turned into the TD in the 4th was huge swing.

that punt return called back was huge to. Baylor wasn't able to play the game they wanted offensively, but that was a great game to watch regardless of who you had.
