I finally got bit by the bowls yesterday going just 3-4.  Bad days happen there's no way around it.  I figure since I made 7 plays, it could have been a lot worse.

Time to dust off and get back up.

VA TECH +3

VA TECH ML +130

MICH/VA TECH - UNDER 52

I know yesterday someone noticed I live in Virginia.  I am NOT a Tech fan in case you are wondering.  That is now why I am taking VA Tech tonight.  I am not a fan of any specific college team.  Lived in New England most of my life and college football just isn't very popular up there.

I like it, Laura.. VT alumnus here and close follower of the program.  I can tell you Coach Beamer and Foster will have these boys ready to play tonight.  They feel they have been disrespected and have a lot to prove.  The key will be getting David Wilson 25+ touches and containing Denard Robinson.

easier said than done can't defense speed, watch oregon yesterday. Robinson faster than M. Vick was in college

I'm really liking the under, do u have one play that is stronger than the other?

Milldogslim - all I know is that when I watched them play Clemson it was not the same team I watched play GA Tech and UVA.  They were a mess.  Lots of mistakes.  I know Clemson is the "best" team they played all year and lost twice to them, but that wasn't Tech in that last game.

I truly feel the wrong team is favored here.  Please Gods and Controllers of sports gambling let me be right.  LOL!

Hey Xin, I know you've been tailing and I am sorry yesterday was not a good day.      Both football and basketball I lost in ... and hockey. 

If you took a hit, I would recommend not trying to make it all back on one play.  It's tempting but not a good idea in sports betting.  The best thing to do is stay patient and stay the course.  Bet small, equal amounts on each game and get ahead in the long run.

With that being said, I think the under is pretty solid.  However, I don't think any of these picks are so strong that I would bet more than I usually do on a game on just one of them.  I have equal amounts on all of them.

Honestly, if there was one play tonight that I had to increase my wager on it would be on the Chicago Bulls -9.5 in the NBA.  Please don't go throwing a ridiculous amount of money on it though.  No one can guarantee anything.  But for tonight, out of my football, hockey, and basketball picks; I think the Bulls are the strongest one.  No guarantees ...

I couldn't agree more about the Clemson debacles and your assessment. VT was flat both games and had a lot of defensive injuries particularly on the DL and at the CB position.  All excuses aside, this team has a chip on its shoulder and the national audience will get a good luck at David Wilson and Logan Thomas tonight.  No doubt, Denard Robinson is a rediculous athlete with incredible speed but VT has overall great team speed to match it, and will hit him in the mouth from the first play.

What are your thoughts on WVU/Clemson???

Seems like a trap game, I have seen WVU win some games they should lose, I kinda like the Mountaineers to get it done....

Please talk me out of it if I sound crazy@!!!!!

It's not crazy.  However, I am not sure if I am going to play a side in that game.  I am going to look at it closer tomorrow.  The public is loving Clemson and that alone makes me lean WV. 

Like I always say though.  Don't go crazy on one game.  Yes, once in a great while I double my usual wager on a play I feel really strong about, but that happens very rarely.  Like probably not even once a month.  What I learned works best for me is to start with a set bankroll that gives you 20 bets or more to start.  So for example, if you have $200 to spare then you have twenty $10 bets.  You can start with $100 and then just bet $5 a game.  If you got 20K for a bankroll you can bet 1k each play to start etc.  Just play the same amount every game and build it up.

I mean seriously.  I honestly thought the Chicago Bulls were my best play tonight and they are getting their asses kicked.  However, I have a good chance of going 3-1 in the NBA tonight as of right now.  If I had gone HUGE on the Bulls, those other 3 wins would probably be nothing.  Instead, I will have a nice winning night in the NBA.

It's just really hard for me to tell anyone that one specific play is real, real strong because ... well, because I am wrong sometime. 

But I don't think WV is a CRAZY play.  If I play a side on that game I will post it tomorrow night.  GL whatever you decide.

No worries DJ, I'm not a big time gambler just a few dollars per play, I love football and it's not the same if u don't wager, way better than drugs, beside my wife is a bitch so wagering football is sort of like a relaxing activity for me, lol.  Bol the rest of the way and let's make some dough while we're having fun

Oh good Xin, glad to hear that.  And I sure as hell hope you didn't wager on the Bulls tonight.  Geez!  Those bums could not score for the first 3 quarters.  Unreal ...

I was on Tech tonight too, another Bowl game, another loss.
