Where OSU will probably cruise again unless they have to play against the refs too. See a lot of respected cappers on Penn st and looks like most of forum but a lot of them I also seen on SMU and Boise st too so I don't get it. Penn St is finally going up against a team who really matches them up in size but now they take Penn st?
