After listing to coach June Jones in his press conference today he seemed real worried about the list of injuries to his better players.
Colt Brennan will play on saturday but will still be nursing a bad ankel injury. Rivers their talented and 2nd best WR will be out for the game against Idaho. The kicker has a injury ti his leg and may not be able to kick more than 30yrds.On the other side of the ball they lost 2 corner backs, one with season ending torn ligaments and the other with a strained quad, hes the one that ran a TD in off an interception last week.
The good news is the return of several key players to the defense this week, the best CB hawaii has has been cleared to play after making up some failed test, and ILB with shoulder injury who hasnt played yet will start on saturday. ILB for hawaii was the core of the defense before his injury.
you can use this link to get raido feed for the game against Idaho on saturday, i havent seen anyone with a link yet.
no wonder the line was dropping. warriors in a win but not the cover.

West I know you know your shit but I really disagree with your pick. Idaho will find it impossible to stop Hawaii on special teams and defense! It does not matter if Graunke starts, he started the last game something like 4 of 13 or something then hit at an 80% clip. If he plays he will have had a game under his belt and ready to go. Hawaii has scored over 40 points in both of their games on the mainland. I believe they hold Idaho to under 20 thereby meaning they need 49, pretty much a guarantee if you ask me! Not the greatest play on the board but if you are gonna take a team in this case it has to be Hawaii or no one.

thank you west for the radio link. If you have any other links for any college footaball games please post them. I am here in London UK and I don't get to see or listen to the games so much.
I agree with you about Hawaii, they don't do too good on the mainland anyways and with the injuries you mentioned I don't think they would cover the spread.

Travel to LaTech for Hawaii is ridiculous and that was their first road
game. We all saw what happened to UNLV after that. Expect Hawaii to
blow teams out on the mainland, especially if Colt plays. Pretty sure
June wants to make a statement here as they stayed level at 19 even
though they could beat nine of the teams in front of them.

first and foremost im a warriors fan, these veins pump green blood and thats no lie.last year they made an impressive run and covered mind boggling sprerads and overs, this year i dont see the defense giving the offense more shots at the endzone. Last week Idaho missed major cues on offense and shot it's self in the foot three or four times, colt wont be on the money until the end of the first qrt when he has a chance to get warmed up. I dont see Idaho making the same mistakes they did last week. the sure play is the over!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! no problem for the feed guys lets jump on the warrior train and win some cash! Aloha

Last week they played and lost to NIU, NIU is terrible! They scored 3 against Iowa, 31 against Southern Illinois, and 19 against Eastern Michigan before putting up 42 against Idaho. They lost those first three games! There is no way Idaho is ready to stop the Warriors and do not see any stops by Idaho throughout the game from start to finish. Last year Hawaii won 68-10, that is with the old clock rules! This year they should put up around the same numbers!

So what's your pick again? Idaho plus the points or the Over?

I have looked at this game alot and I have to agree with Idaho and the points, I have them at +15 to +18 not 25, Hawaii carries alot of public perception of their O and this line may be inflated just for that reason. GL

I agree westcoastguru. I posted the following earlier this week:
"I'm probably one of the few people who tortured himself by watching the
Northern Illinois/Idaho game (at least the first half and bits of the
second half) this past weekend since one of my best bets was Idaho -3
(though it started -1 earlier that week) at home in the Kibbie Dome.
Oops.
Watching
Idaho against USC (against whom they were 48 point underdogs and
covered) and Wazzou (against whom they were 25 point underdogs and
covered), I thought they were a decent enough team with a decent QB (by
WAC standards) in Enderle and a solid RB in Deonte Jackson (full
disclosure: I had to Google that RB's name because I just remember his
name was D-something Jackson. I found out that he's leading the WAC in
rushing, too, but he is questionable for Saturday against Hawai'i).
So
what happened against NIU? How about a 95 yd INT return for a TD, a
blocked punt for a TD, and a fumble recovery for a TD. Good times.
But
they were able to move the ball well against NIU, in fact, Idaho had
nearly twice as many total yards, though alot of it happened when they
were down 42-21 and NIU was in prevent mode. The final ended up 42-35.
So
now they face Hawai'i at the Kibbie Dome this Saturday. The line opened
at 24.5 and is now 26.5. Hopefully it'll be 28.5 by kickoff because I'm
taking the Vandals. Colt Brennan is expected to start (hence a line is
out). Perhaps those closer to Hawai'i football know more about his bum
ankle, so who knows how much it'll affect him (By the way, Idaho
finally joined the 21st century and replaced the Kibbie Dome's
AstroTurf with FieldTurf over the summer, so the surface won't be as
harsh on his ankle).
Still, even if Brennan is 100%, I'd take
the Vandals because their offense has shown the capacity to move the
ball. And don't forget, Hawai'i does have to travel. This isn't like
UNLV in which Hawai'i just stayed on the mainland after the near
debacle against LATech, so they were rested enough to play well and
cover the spread.
Unfortunately, DirecTV subs won't be able to
watch it since it's being broadcast through something called Oceanic
PPV. I'll be at Caesars Palace, so hopefully they'll have access to
this Oceanic PPV and broadcast it (for some reason, sportsbooks get
access to game that aren't part of the ESPN GamePlan, FSN, CSTV)."
So much for hoping the line will go to 28.5.

dz...you didnt do your homework
Hawaii went directly from LaTech to Las Vegas...stayed on the mainland for the week...and got acclimated before beating the crap out of UNLV. There was NO TRAVEL involved. Hawaii will win but not cover IMO.
but gl to you!

If there was no travel involved how did Hawaii get from Louisiana to Nevada, warp? I never said they left from Hawaii to go to Vegas, just stated that it is not at home, therefore a road game. I live in Hawaii, I know when they leave and when they come back, trust me it is bad news.
