Im no fsu fan but love to make money gambling and if you think fsu is going to lose to louisville you might want to rethink that. Winston is as clutch as they come in college. All he does is win. Fsu off a bye week is all the info i need. It comes down to this who do you trust your money with winston or gardner? Easy answer. No stats or anything matter fsu wins this game.

Louisville is coming off a bye week as well and this is probably the biggest regular season game in Louisville history. Key players are finally 100%. Bobby Petrino is arguably one of the top 3 college football minds in coaching today, he will have the Cards ready and his last home loss, was back in 2003.
Also, FSU has NOT faced a defense yet like they will Thursday night. Lorenzo Mauldin will have Jameis scrambling most of the night and if he passes within 15 yards of Gerod Holliman, he will get picked. I am not predicting Louisville to win, but I will say that FSU will not score 27 and UofL will score more than 13.

I couldn't agree More! and I've been doing this a while -- here's a little something I posted earlier to excentuate the point.

This is Why Winston Plays No Matter What & Losing is not an Option….Esp. to a rebuilding L'ville team regardless of HF adv.--
Here’s how the non-guaranteed portion of Fisher’s contract reads: $200,000 bonus for undefeated season; $200,000 for reaching national title game; $200,000 for winning national title; $200,000 for top-five finish; $100,000 for top-10 finish; $100,000 for division title; $100,000 for conference title; $75,000 for playoff berths.

I have no idea why "incentives" for a coach somehow mean a team can't lose...... you realize all coaches have incentives, right? A team is either good enough to deliver on them, or not good enough to deliver...
Strange logic!

No-No…I fully agree with you that talent/strength of schedule/injuries,etc. are key factors when capping ..this little Tid-Bit was just an intangible that I found interesting and lends additional insight into the mind of FSU coach when making descisions about his program and just how much each and every game means to Him…
He will have his team well prepared & focused for the hostile environment they will face Thurs Nite and as I have stated in an earlier thread The WORST THING that could have happened for L'ville is that close game with Notre Dame that makes ppl start second guessing and esp. during the year of final 4 playoff senarios-- IF you have been doing this for a while (And been Profitable) Than you should see this coming a Mile AwaY!!
either way GL

It did not take the ND game for folks to second guess FSU. It's just the most fresh game on your mind about them so you think that.
How about FSU not being able to put away an absolutely DEPLETED, inexperienced OK State team. That was with all summer to prepare. You see how bad they really are. They had all the could handle with Kansas for heaven sakes. OK State is a consistently young, raw, bad team.
How about allowing a very young Clemson offense with a first year talentless starting QB, as well as QB #2, which was a kid that was playing high school ball this time last year come in and move the ball up and down the field on them at their house with a O-line that is a travesty in the run game and starting a running back that shouldn't be on a D1 football. Winston did not play that game, but Winston does not play defense. Clemson beat themselves 10 times over to keep FSU in that game. Clemson was not ready to play on the road. Way to many holes to fill for them. But if FSU's defense wasn't ready for that game then they don't have the ability to get ready. That is a HUGE game in conference every year.
How about NCState putting up 40 on them. This is same damn team that Clemson held to ZERO.
How about a undermanned Syracuse team slinging it around the ball park on them and the whole time, Winston arguing with his coach about every play that blows up in his face. Which was a lot. Issues and lack of leadership again with a lack of defense.
One thing we agree on is the fact that we are here to make money. But FSU is missing a BIG key weapon on the outside in Kelvin Benjamin and has serious problems on the offensive line and I will tell you the exact issue is at the center position. The loss of Bryan Stork was HUUUUGE for FSU's offensive line, he held it all together. They could get by that with ND, because ND does not have a defensive line strength. But Clemson kept the back up McGuire on his back and the run game shut down. They completely gifted wrapped the game for FSU. Louisville is the overall best defense they will see. I thought that to be the case the whole year but when Louisville came to Clemson they proved it to me IN PERSON. They shut down Watson and intercepted him before he went down and then continued balling on defense. Luckily they were not healthy on offense or they beat us straight up. They are much more healthy now with the QB and All-American WR back.
This will be a lower scoring ball game. Louisville is my pick...straight up
