He is not a good head coach. He has an atrocious record vs top 25 opponents. He is arrogant and cocky and his assistant coaches don&#x27;t particularly like coaching under him. He is a good play caller though so at least he has something good going for him. I look for him to get fired before seasons end and he will look to move back up north

@FRANKtheBANKss&#xA; That&#x27;s the kind of qb he wants. All his previous qbs were big running qbs...Tebow,  dak, Russell, relf, Fitzgerald, Lee. That the kind of guy he wants to run his zone read offense. Sometimes he gets stuck with a Franks or Trask and alter his offense to them. Last year it worked with trask because he had some weapons. He got lucky with those weapons though. They weren&#x27;t players he recruited. He is a very lazy recruiter and it is starting to show more.
