Norm Chow is the worst coach in the country... Hawaii also has the worst players in the country... SMFH.  What do you all think Hawaii people?

They need to drop down to FCS...they cant recruit anyone outside of there.

Hawaii and UNLV should drop their football program or drop down to Division II.

Not from the islands, but my personal take is that when you are known for shaving points you are not considered a contender for anything more than the points spread. You will not draw big name recruits who have a legitimate shot at making it to the pro level. June jones was a nfl coach and because of that he was able to recruit bigger names but those days are long gone.

One of the main reasons June Jones left was due to the deplorable conditions of the football facility he had. The administration did not want to spend any money for the football program, they kept promising him there would be upgrades every year, which never materialized. So made it hard to get recruits. Who would want to come to a school whose facility looked like crap! They can&#x27;t even get the local high school star players to stay home. Now the administrators are saying that they may have to drop the football program since it&#x27;s not making money. Attendance is declining due no one wants to back a loser. Norm Chow is a brilliant offensive coordinator, not as a head coach. Norm Chow never held a head coaching job, so he is learning and gaining experience every game they play. UH will never get a big name coach because the school will never be able to afford it, so dropping down to Div II would only make sense.
