One thing I do know is Bama football....have not had a good run in bowls games...admitted....so fade if you want to....here are the facts....

Bama wins....Texas loses....Bama covers...wins by TD.  Bama 24-17. GL

Got em all lined up...threw the dart....and she landed on...

Bama - 5....DOUBLE DART (6-1)

Call it a homer play...whatever....looked at this game for a few weeks. Key is Taexas can not run ball and Bama has had time to install better defense over last 32 days.  Iowa game tonight showed me better defense with more time can control a good offense....Ingram goes for 100+.  GL

Has Ingram been practicing with the team? Alot of times heismann winners travels alot for interviews, banquets, etc. I may just play the under though.............GL ALPHA

Yes, I had mentioned in previous post a few weeks ago that a 2nd teamer that could come into play was in a little trouble.  That was cleared up and he did travel with the team. Not a major deal.  As reported on ESPN. McClain has had the flu.  Will be ok. 

Both teams will have some "wrinkles" for each other the MAJOR difference to me will be real simple....TACKLING....Saban is a freak when it comes to this especially for his DBs.  If you notice the Bama DBs have tackled like a lot of NFL teams. ...very strong.  GL

Yes.  First of all, a one-dimensional offense is not a "great" offense.  The bottom line is that Texas can't run the ball.  Their receivers won't get any seperation from Bama's seconday, and Bama's front 7 will destroy Colt McCoy.  What this means is that the "great" Texas offense won't score more than 10 points in this game!!!
