Okay haters please stay away. Now that 5dimes is no longer, does anyone know if there is any legit books offering lines.
I kind of play anything. Many people dont understand that this is one of the only sports that you can bet on that if you do your homework and research many times you kind find huge advantages. There will always be haters though

I used to bet NFL exclusively and thought this EXACT SAME THING about NCAAF. Now? Not so much.... But I find it funny that we have to step down to find the purity

I used to play "returning starter lists" and stuff like that early in NCAAF season. seemed like it was gold for a few weeks.... now, I think it might be over-stressed in the market i.e. bet against it........... similarly, say you were bullish on Schiano the 2nd time around at Rutgers. you were correct. but it seems like the 2nd, 3rd week line reflects major progress by Schiano. whereas years ago, this stuff went on for a few years (Tedford recently was good for Fresno for basically 2 whole seasons.
as to HS football and inefficiency, I have definitely seen odds on obscure events that were completely wrong. like Canadian university football, market didn't realize that there had been a HUGE change at a program (change in philosophy where they wouldn't take 24 to 30 year old players before. next season they have 40 of them..... basically Canadian football didn't previously count seasons of "club football" against university eligibility. and had no limit on player age.... the one team didn't use older players and they changed (and then the whole system eventually changed)

as per a comment in another thread, I'm thinking now it's best to try to find some "pessimistic teams" to tail at start of the season.
and also, look for improvement amongst teams with little fanfare.......... schiano at Rutgers, Edwards at ASU both had tons of fanfare.
