I have lost my debit card and replaced it with a new debit card. Made a deposite with a new card, now ive won some money and trying to withrawl it to my new debit card but they said its a closed loop. So they kept trying to send the money to the old debit card. I also tried to withrawl with a different method but result is still the same. Customer service is terrible, kept telling me they will escalade this situation to the team. And problems never got fix, does anyone have the same problems? Thanks

It wouldnt let me, even i tried to withrawl with my bank account numbers. Its so stupid to have the closed loop system.. more likely they want u to keep the money in betmgm so u will lose it all back.

I'm going thru the same thing. Customer service is terrible. One guy told me to use preferred aches, it doesn't work. One guy told me to email customer service and ask that they permanently delete the card. The second card was my brother's and I deleted back in January. No one can explain why they are keeping old information that has been deleted. Did you ever get it resolved?

I just went through this myself, in my opinion, they only do this to frequent gamblers, this is their way of forcing you to continue playing with money that you would have otherwise withdrawn. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks that I've blown 2 attempted withdrawals, one withdrawal was for 1,000 and the 2nd one was for 500 because of this closed-loop crap that only wants to allow me to withdraw money to an obvious account that has not been used in a while. The customer service chat doesn't respond and the email customer service takes days to resolve, in the meantime, you continue playing until you gamble it all away and there is nothing to resolve. This is a dirty trick and we should be reaching out to the gaming board to stop this unethical practice.

You do have the option to not wager on/with that account (prime example why a person MUST have multiple outs). Nobody is forcing you to continue to gamble while an issue isn't being resolved. Hope you get this resolved to your satisfaction sooner than later.

Same thing happened to me on bet365.. It couldn't be put on my lost debit card. They told me it would eventually show up on my new card. It did about 6 days later

Even after I deleted the linked card and I made sure there is only one debit card linked to my account, when I withdrawal betmgm still automatically breaks the withdrawal up into two transfers and make it so my withdrawal goes to both debit cards that I have made deposits with.(even tho I deleted the old debit card completely from my betmgm account)...
Sorry I have the same kind of issue
