Friday, January 1, 2016&#xD;&#xA;&#xD;&#xA;&#x9;Inner Circle&#xD;&#xA;  Iowa (&#x2B;6&#xBD;) over Stanford&#xD;&#xA;  2:00 PM (EST) -- Rose Bowl&#xD;&#xA;  Inner Circle--Iowa &#x2B;&#xD;&#xA;&#xD;&#xA;&#xD;&#xA;The PAC-12 plays home to some strong offensive lines but Iowa will &#xD;&#xA;present the Cardinal front seven with its stiffest test in the Rose &#xD;&#xA;Bowl. The offensive line and the patience and discipline of the Hawkeyes&#xD;&#xA; backfield is a difference maker in this game between Iowa and Stanford.&#xD;&#xA; Iowa needs to keep the Cardinal&#x2019;s high-octane offense on the sideline &#xD;&#xA;and eat up the clock.The Hawkeyes should feel good about their chances &#xD;&#xA;to rush the ball. The running backs should be able to solve the Cardinal&#xD;&#xA; 3-4 defense. As a quick comparison between Iowa and two other similar &#xD;&#xA;teams pertaining to rushing the football, Notre Dame and USC maintained a&#xD;&#xA; 7.4 yards per carry average with every running back getting a handoff &#xD;&#xA;while playing against Stanford. The best part of about effective running&#xD;&#xA; really happens on the other side of the ball as the Hawkeyes get to &#xD;&#xA;rest their defense. The Hawkeyes may be the more motivated as the &#xD;&#xA;Hawkeyes haven&#x2019;t won a bowl game since the 2010 season. 1958 was the &#xD;&#xA;last time they won the Rose Bowl. If that is too basic, then stop &#xD;&#xA;Christian McCaffrey and you stopped the whole Stanford team.

I&#x27;ve done decent picking in the pac12 this year and Stanford is part of the reason why.  They have been under valued all season, they were 9-4 against the spread, all they did was win me money.  Having my eye on the pac for many years has given me a lot of respect for this team, especially watching them beat my Ducks.  I won&#x27;t claim to know a lot about Iowa other than the obvious.  I guess what I&#x27;m getting at is Stanford is no joke, there are probably only a couple teams out there that could beat them 2 out of 3 times, I&#x27;m not sure Iowa is one of those.  The two spreads I was waiting to come for bowls were Washington State (covered$$) and Stanford, both way under valued teams.  Stanford rolled all year except season opener (doesn;t count) and a 2 point loss to Oregon, who could beat anybody on any given night, except for bama. Disciplined football team with a senior quarterback that knows how to win,  I&#x27;ll be on Stanford -7, but I could be wrong, GL

well wast st got very lucky to cover for you....a touhdown called back late than a fumble late or you werent going to win....minus 6 -7 pts to iowa is not undervalued...this game could go either way

I think the head coach for Stanford doesn&#x27;t instill enough heart in his players, just took Iowa money line and some Iowa &#x2B;7 -130Really looking forward to seeing Iowa winning this game.
