or the year before when Miami won straight up? Where were all these super talented FSU players? Someone enlighten me?
Anyone who thinks FSU covers 22 is a box scre watcher and has not watched MIAMI play. Straight up media brainwashed!
Miami defense is better than anyone FSU has played and they matchup with FSU better than Clemson. Clemson is a fraud team, a gimmick finesse team, with a trashy QB and a trashy defense. BOYD is mentally soft and checked out of tat game. Miami defense struggled in both first halfs vs UNC and Wake, particulary on third downs but other than that was solid. then made the proper adjustments in the second half. Not world beaters but a very solid defense.
miami offense will be controlling the clock and can make the big plays downfield. veteran offensive line. tremendous playmakers. the whole UM feels disrespected and is highly motivated for a rivarly game. all thes eplayers no each other, have heard of each other and want to beat the piss out of each other. go take a look at the history of this game.
there is ZERO chance of FSU covering -22 points. BIGGEST play of the year. This is a 401k play, a mortage play, NO C HANCE THEY COVER 22 POINTS. MIAMI HAS A SHOT AT WINNING SU.
