Hello to all, this is my 1st post here on covers, but I have read and tailed many of you for a few years now.
So I thought we could all chime in and post the 1 pick you would bet, if you had only 1 bet.
My pick is ECU -2 over UNC
I am a UNC fan and have been in attendence for both victories this year over Liberty and SDSU. If you only look at the score of the Liberty game, it looks like a blowout.....But UNC trailed in the 3rd quarter and if not for back to back to back turnovers, Liberty would have had my heels on the ropes. Luckily we scored 4 TDs in minutes thanks to the turnovers and won by a deceptive margin.
Against SDSU, the Heels trailed most of the game and continually got toasted in the secondary and gashed up front. WRs were open all day and if not for a 100yd pick-6 and a dumb playcall to end the game by the SDSU staff, that game is lost as well.
Factor in one of the starters on the OL (Landon Turner) will be out for this game, Depleting a thin OL even farther and the Air Raid attack of the Pirates and this game looks terrible for the Heels. Lost terribly in Chapel Hill to Carden and the Pirates after giving up 55pts, and now traveling to the sold out Dowdey-Ficklin stadium for their first road game. All this spells doom for my Heels, and probably in a pretty big way.
Anyway, that's my pick and my take on that game. I look forward to seeing others' analysis of various games and GL to everyone this week.

I have a rule that I can't bet against the team I pull for so this is a no bet for me. My one pick for this week has to be Maryland PK. Maryland had WVU on the ropes and truly should have one that game minus the huge let down in the 4th on special teams. This team has played good all year. Syracuse on the other hand truly should have lost to a FCS team week one. Sure they looked better week 2 but there is nothing here that suggests that Maryland shouldn't win this game and in my opinion won easily.
