Is Sammy Watkins just that good?

Watched all of the Clemson game. Realize they were missing one or two offensive linemen, but wow. They looked really poor without Watkins. I noticed several of their players laughing on the sidelines when they were down by 4 TDs.

It makes me wonder if they held Watkins out thinking they would cruise by NCSU, or are there problems?

SC struggled with the Citadel triple option and has been very forgettable on offense all year. Clemson coming off a pasting and has VT on deck. They will get Watkins back (presumably) but their starting LT is out. Cocks have a multitude of injuries.

The line is currently SC -4, at SC, 7:45 Saturday night.

he is that good what you have to remember is without him the defense has an advantage they don't need to double team him thats why the others were not open I think they thought just what you said they were going to walk over them

Sammy Watkins was not the reason why Clemson lost Saturday.

Its called the Trap game people

Clemson just Cliched the Division the week before and then had S.C this week.... trust me, the young Clemson team was showing there immaturity in that loss

You will see a completely different team Saturday night, That I can guarantee you.

But to the Question.... Yeah he's great. He may be the best True Freshman Player I have ever seen in my life time.

But not the reason they lost.
