Great coach, he has that program on great trajectory.  Happy for that team.  Traditionally a basketball school, that football team is no joke.  Well coached and a lot of talent on both sides of the balls. McMillian has some of the best hands in the country.  He catches everything.  Good luck in the big 12 Arizona

He&#x27;s also a Florida alum and got his first football job as a Graduate assistant under Spurrier in 99-2000.. Too bad Florida is too stupid to hire one of their own and a guy literally running Spurriers playbook, who is his idol and why he went to UF.. and got into coaching because of him. The guy can coach

@jwheels86&#xA; They could go get him soon.  Billy Napier isn&#x2019;t it.  He was a bad hire.  You need to have a certain level of character to succeed at Florida and it isn&#x2019;t what Napier will ever be.  Fisch could be the guy.  He can get down and dirty.  Arizona likely won&#x2019;t be able to keep him.  Fisch coached in Seattle a year.  He&#x2019;s been under some great coaches.  Someone needs to come find this guy soon.  He&#x2019;s one of the real hidden gem minds in college football right now.

Just seen he spent 2 years under Sean Mcvay before resurfacing in college at Arizona.  Sean Mcvay is probably the best offensive mind in pro or college sports right now.  So it&#x2019;s no wonder Fisch has been so successful.
