Ha - I live in Maryland and i posted yesterday that it was raining and nasty yesterday in the VA Tech game and i played the under and you are right it sailed over. THe weather did contribute yesterday to two turnovers - first by VA Tech when the QB fumbled a snap which led to a score and second when punt receiver dropped the ball.
However, I am a firm believer of bad weather and playing unders. People say it is not the rain so much that is the issue but the wind. I don't care i have won too many unders in bad weather to change based on one or two games like yesterday's going over. I am betting the UNder in the Boston game. They also have the other game in NYC too and i don't know if they are getting rain as well.
