Kansas +15, Kansas ML+$500, Boston College +6.5, BC ML +$180, Georgia Tech +8.5, +$260, USC +10.5, USC +$320, Virginia +12.5, +$390, Washington State +6.5, WSU ML +$185
Well, I am backing the mighty Jayhawks again this time on the road vs a TCU team that played an incredibly emotional game against instate, regional rival SMU and was blitzkrieged early and often but fought all the way back but came up short on one of the most exciting and hard-fought games last week at TCU. They have to circle the wagons and get up for a Kansas team that only won 3 games last year but one of them was vs TCU. Kansas has life it was clear in the WVU game things just didn't bounce their way but they have talent at RB and big play Wrs and the young QB is getting better each week so they are letting him throw more and opening the Offense. TCU vs Kansas games have always been close affairs for whatever reason. Frogs have to get back up after being floored by bitter a rival they had owned , I think they have trouble laying 15. GL. More heavy on the line then SU but SU is big.

Boston College returns home after beating hapless Rutgers and BC covered a pretty low number. This line has been bet down as has the ML. Wake comes in undefeated but has played at home besides cupcake Rice and Rice lost their starting QB early. Newman has been pretty much perfect at QB for Wake up until now. I see BC turning Wake over with some pressure upfront and using what works for them the running game which boast one of the best RBs in college football. This will allow for their play action to get going and spring a cover and SU win. Wake Forest offense and it's slow mo RPO with its quick no huddle snap if finally slowed down in Chestnut Hill. GL

Collins returns to his old stomping grounds in Philly today to take on the team he coached last year Temple. I have said this before I am not a fan of Temple's new coach Carey, Manny Diaz was hired and then took the Miami job so Temple had to go begging. What was once a fast, emotional, violent Temple team for the last decade has been subdued and neutered by the new Temple coach. The Temple offense has been a disaster not knowing who they are and what identity they have game to game. They were a punch you in the mouth running attack with big throws downfield late then tough hard hitting defense that turned you over. Well the Rambling Wreak are trying to become that type of team. GT will try to run the ball down Temple's throat and turnover Russo. That is exactly what Buffalo did with ease last week and what Maryland did half of. Russo has been a turnover machine but Temple's defense has been stout but they are starting to wear down in week five because they are very good but not deep and undersized. The Temple D was punished by a bruising running game last week at Buffalo. I think We get a slugfest were points are at a premium. Yes, GT had an embarrassing day vs The Citadel but they always seem to come up and bit some much bigger names. The players on Temple are Collins's guys so they may want to payback the old coach for leaving but most know Temple is a stepping stone to the Power 5. Old Coach beats new coach in Philly and +8.5 points is allot between teams with these styles. Russo throws the game away once again. GL

Virginia's Defense is for real and this is a huge game for the Cavs. I really like Virginia's coach and style. Winning at ND is extremely difficult but ND is coming off a major blow to its playoff hopes and they left nothing on the field in its impressive battle vs the Bulldogs in a historic trip to Athens for the first time in program history. Don't see them getting up for this one and the Cavs are a sneaky team. As long as they get good QB play they have a shot to win but 12.5 is nice has been bet down. GL

Thanks for the write-ups Frank and look forward to another profitable day. I am a $100/game bettor so I have put $100 on each side at -110 and $50 on each moneyline. Hoping that is similar to your approach for most of these Saturday games.

Men of Troy invade Seattle. Ok, PAC12 is pretty simple to me there is not a dominant team and any team can beat any team anywhere. I will simply take the more explosive team with big possiblity and yeah the 3rd stringer is in and he isn't the most mobile and he floats and drops the ball in but with these big WRs is that a bad thing? Cal was able to tame the Huskies at home it is a wide open league just ask Washington State. I will take the points heavy and the SU lighter. Helton is still coaching for his job and the main reason is not the home games but the games away from home. I thought Washington was overated again this preseason, they seem to be overrated every year. This maybe a look at the PAC12 championship game. GL

I am on the Cougs to bounce back from an epic meltdown vs UCLA. Cougs thought they had won the game and literally everything that could go wrong with a huge lead did then they lost a crazy last minute dogfight. What can't be lost is per usual the Cougs offense moves up and down the field with ease and has scored TDs all year. Utes come off a tough loss as a fav in LA to USC. The QB continues to struggle so they will try and win running the ball and playing did defense. Good luck stopping this Wazzu air Raid attack. GL

Yeah, but football is funny and weird shite happens so if you feel one of those plays go for it! Tough to bet against that Pats D and Buffalo is 3/0 but they are a bit of a highwire act. Bengals had a good shot at them last week. The Browns. Well, one of the most toughest most physical teams in the league that is also one of the best coached. Browns were beat up by the Titans and the Rams tried to give the Browns a game but the coaching of Kitchens and the fact the Browns really do have a target on their back mostly because of the stupid media and Baker and those commercials. I mean the guy has done nothing. Anyway, I don't want to put you in or off a game I ain't an all knowing see into the future person. I am going to have a bad day just like everyone but I am happy so far and have cashed in already more than a few times. I keep pretty good money management so I can handle a storm if needed. Hopefully not today.GL

Adding USF +7.5 , ML +$255. Tough spot for the high flying Ponies. It is well over 100 on the field. SMU off huge hard hitting emotional and physical battle vs TCU now they travel down to South Florida. Charlie Strong is the reason I held out on this pick. Don't like him but he has athletes down there and the team is coming off a bye week which could be HUGE due to the heat and humidity and SMU having to leave Texas. SMU has only played one solid team that being TCU last week. The Bulls had a confidence booster blowing out a cupcake at home after a tough low scoring battle with ACC GT. SMU didn't finish off TCU and they rallied late but the Stangs did enough for a major victory looking for the Letdown today. USF +7.5, ML+$255. GL
