Keep an eye on the injury status of Nolan Smith. Significant drop off if he can't play and UGA loses talent in the pass rush aspect (which they can ill afford to do).


I was a little surprised to see Tennessee getting this many points.

Right now, my book is showing Tenn +8.5.  Which way does everybody think this line will move?  I am looking to play Tenn, but do not have a feel yet for where this line will go.  Would hate to lock in Tenn and then it moves to +10.  Thoughts?

Georgia is going to blow Tennessee out of the water.  Georgia -8.5….The spread should be Georgia -13 plus…The public squares are all over Tennessee…Tennessee has a gimmick offense…like the Pirate has at Miss State…The Tenn D pins back it’s ears and is overly aggressive knowing their O will keep scoring…Georgia will burn them early and often…If you like Georgia, wait until the public bids it down to a TD or less.. 

Line is going up not down. It will not get to 7 but it should get to 10 maybe higher. I do think Tennessee is going to be the square dog of the week however that was also the case against Alabama and they won outright 

Bad Matchup vs Georgia who matches up well and can defend that offense... I think Georgia stops Tenn a lot more that Tenn stops Georgia...don't be fooled by the last game Tenn smacked Kentucky...and held the to 6 points? Tenn's defense is still atrocious.  Kentucky had  Zero pass game and the most overhyped QB I have ever seen.....they were scared from the start and Stoops waived the white flag from the 2nd quarter... Home field will be huge and home field is what got Tenn the win vs Bama as that stadium and atmosphere was nutz....... I think their is value on Georgia after the Tenn blowout of Kentucky who is overrate AF

Well I'm feeling pretty good as a friend of mine( serious UGA fan) gave me TN +21. And I'm an UGA grad.   As another has alluded to, he says TN overrated and UGA corners r gonna shut down that passing attack.  And now w Nolan Smith, sack leader, out.  Frankly, I view this as a very good above avg probability wager.  Could be dead wrong...won't be the first time. 

Your post lost all credibility when you stated the offense was gimmick and was similar to the Pirate.  No comparison.  Tennessee is an offensive machine

that  balances the run with the throw game.  GA can't stop TN.  Stay tuned.
