Where are you with your insight on ECU?

guy loves ECU but is not a homer...very practiacal with analysis and hammers ECU football and basketball, something to the effect of about 43-19 over the last two years...guy is solid....

The way he got ran off last year was retarded.  I played several ECU games last year, and it was all because of his knowledge.  Some of us actually really appreciated his thoughts.  I hope LuDawg makes it back this year.

Guy really knew what he was talking about... ECU failed to finish a couple of games and people blamed him... dumb... Wish he would come back

Message boards need more people who specialize in a specific team.  Unfortunately message boards such as this are replete with clowns who will badger the shit out of these posters, and dismiss every positive comment about their team as "homerism."  Personally, I'd rather read a post from someone who has in depth knowledge about a specific team than most of the generic BS that is usually posted on here.  Unfortunately the clowns usually succeed in running off the good posters.

I agree completely.  It would help everyone involved.  I am going to try and do that with TAMU this year, so we will see how it goes.  I have a good feel for which way I am going to go on the first game, but waiting to hear if this SEC deal goes through.  Believe it or not, I actually think that could be a factor in one specific play I am looking at in relation to game one against SMU.

Loser assholes ruin this site for those who are just trying to gather as much information as possible and help each other out. Quick bans on this site would clean things up considerably and keep valuable people like LuDawg around.

Hell I was called a homer for my write up on the MSU/Memphis game... It's not that difficult to pick who will win that match up... I simply stated my knowledge of MSU, strengths and weaknesses, and knowledge from what I saw last year...

I remember a couple of yeras ago, Lu was making a killing off of fading the ECU basketball team. Finally toward the end of the season they covered a couple of games Lu thought they wouldn't, and some numbnuts gave Lu shit for three weeks straight.

I would say he had good insight on the ECU offensive side of the ball...he had no clue how bad the defense was going to be.  I sparred with him back and forth before the season started on how bad the defense was going to be with various injuries, undersized linemen, etc. and the ECU defense went on to set a NCAA D1 record for most points scored against for a year.  I made a lot of money last year taking the opposing team total over and going play that angle again this year.  In week 1, South Carolina will easily surpass the team total which figures to be in the 41-42 point range.

45 at least for south carolina one would think - 20 at the most for ecu - lean towards the gamecocks despite distaste for chalk

Based upon the over/under of 61 that 5Dimes has out on the game right now, the South Carolina team total would be 41 and ECU would be 20 (based on the point spread being SC by 20.5)...
