It’s parlayed with extending the playoff pool. In 3-4 seasons, there will be no “bowl season” other than the playoff games. 

The formula for Bowl Games, was always the Dog & the Over. Not sure anymore with this portal crap!!!

 I agree with what you are all saying in here.  Nearly impossible to cap any of these games with the transfer portal and players getting paid. 

i've always thought of a solution.  Now with the nil, someone should put in there if you make a bowl game or win a bowl game, get a bonus.  I bet alot more players would participate.  Maybe like how they're doing that in season tourney for nba.  Dont know any legality to that though.

It's legal...the problem is the non nfl guys who want to play or transfer vs the NFL picks who want to protect themselves.

I'd say do as Deion is doing or make it mandatory to play if you are in the playoff with a bonus structure set up.

The portal shouldn't be open until the entire season is over. The NFL doesn't have free agency and the draft in December for a reason.....CFB needs to change this shit. Its beyond ridiculous for no reason. 

Agree with Train it's like allowing trades and free agency during playoffs in pro sports think of how insane that sounds well this portal shit in CFB is the same crap
