MIA at UNC(9.5)(64)*5- MIA*1- Under&#xD;&#xA;Matchup: Somethings got to give. Are you telling me I can get the #10 ranked team in the nation, against a mediocre 1-4 North Carolina team, at a spread of -9.5? Yes, Please. It almost seems to good to be true. North Carolina has been completely awful this year. Their only win is against a subpar Middle Tennessee team. Also on the year they have gotten beat by East Carolina by 24 at home, surrendering 55 points. How is that suppose to matchup with a Miami team that has been nothing short of great this season? Al Golden has done a wonderful job as coach of this team. Stephen Morris is an above average college quarterback, and Duke Johnson just might be the best running back in the ACC. Not to mention their defense ranks 9th in the nation in points against. I do not see this game being close. I would imagine Miami will come out ready to play and will take care of business early on. I like the score prediction, that's about the score I see as well, I literally hate betting against a Thursday Night home dog but UNC is so bad and weak in the trenches this year

WahooS, I don&#x27;t see the score getting any higher than that. If I miss my prediction I think it&#x27;s going to be because I predicted it to high. Would not be stunned to see a 35-10 type score. However, I figured I would throw in a couple meaningless 4th quarter touchdowns.

Yeah....be cautious here.......claiming to go UNDER 64 and thinking the score will be 63 points is suspect to me....BOL though, I just don't wager where I believe I only have a 1pt advantage. Posting a 35-10 thought after being called out is a little weak to me.

This line / game stinks of buying 1 team at its highs and selling another at its lows to me.

UNC is more then capable of hanging around in this game, let alone winning. Miami really a top 10 team in your eyes?

UNC been a huge disappointment, but the talent is there. Talent tends to shine best when its off a bye, big nationally televised game, huge underdog role, at home.

Throw out the ECU game. That was a flat spot between GTECH and VTECH and Heels didn't even show up. That won't be the case tonight.

UNC probably has more NFL talent on its roster then Miami. How can you play Miami tonight at this number?

Thursday night prime time will factor into UNC hanging around, just like Rutgers last week. UNC played well 1h vs gtech, I think they&#39;ll cover based on situation and Vegas line. Too good to be true, most times it is ( ala indy -1 @ sd)

Who has Miami beaten? Florida at home? Florida is hard to watch. Offense is abysmal. Florida with all their TOs could have won that game. Not buying Miami DD fav on the road. BOL

Looking at this game I don&#x27;t see Miami scoring more than 31-34 points and UNC no more than 20.  UNC&#x27;s D is stingy enough to keep Miami from putting up 5 TDs and Miami is good enough to keep UNC from putting up more than 2.The outlier here is the Bye week.  How much will that really help UNC?Miami is 4-1 ATS and UNC is 1-4.  Typically in such a situation the favored team covers.Since 2008 Home dogs are exactly 50-50 ATS on Thursday.  Since 2011 they are slightly worse. With single digit lines Home Dogs are 8-14 ATS (36.4%) since 2011 on Thursday.So with all that, I have to lean Miami or no play.  I just don&#x27;t trust UNC enough even off a Bye week to pull it together.Total seems a bit high for this game.  Under may be the Best Bet on the board.Still studying the game though.

Thursday Night Special: Under is the best bet imo. UNC is tough &#x2B; The U are due for a let down. Road faves is the perfect time for that let down.Get the under at 64 before it drops to 9tds (63)
