Nebraska vs. Fl. Atl

Question

I seen the spread for this game and its not about the numbers. Huskers should easily cover the spread, but what makes me lock in on this game is the fact that Bo Pelini brother Carl was the head coach at Florida Atlantic last year before being fired midway through the season for using drugs at a party. Carl tried to get his job back and was denied. Now his career is forever tainted and he might not get another head coaching gig. Look for Bo to run it up on Florida Atlantic because of how the school handled the termination of his brother. Just my two cents, any thoughts?

I also thought about this angle. Neb has an advantage at almost every position. I could see him not calling the dogs off until late if at all. Neb has QB and OL issues. They have a great RB in Abdullah, and a solid D. They are playing at home. I think a lot of people have been burned by Nebraska in its OOC schedule. They seem to consistently produce lackluster performances. I think it would help if you could find a quote from Pelini, or an "in the know" pundit, who can confirm that Bo has been this game "personal"...

This is not one of my top games, but I like the angle...

If it weren&#x27;t drug use, I think Carl&#x27;s firing would be a better angle.   Bo doesn&#x27;t want to get too close to Carl as far as that goes.  IMO the better angle for this game is the scouting report Carl can give Bo.

Bumping as line as dropped to 21..Apparently not a lot of faith in Pelini in OOC games in which they should rollI think Neb will surprise some people this season and should be able to score at will here
