Well, I despise the Wolverines and my season win total on them to go over 9 at +300 looks like a push at best (there's no way they beat tOSU). Time to win back that losing bet.
Michigan -6.....First off, Michigan's stock is very cheap right now. Coming off a horrible performance in which they rushed for -48 yards, the general consensus is....they suck! They were manhandled last week by MSU and now rumors are flying about Hoke losing control of the team. If there's a program that should respond in this situation....it's Meeechigan! Right in their fight song, they request everyone "hail" to them. The most arrogant program in college sports, and they need to respond to last weeks beating.....now!
I love the revenge factor here. After Denard got hurt in Lincoln last season, Michigan brought in that kid out of the stands to play QB and he was horrendous. Yet, the Huskers couldn't really pull away like they should have. Michigan's defense kept it close, despite having nothing on offense. Now, Gardner and the Wolverines are chomping at the bit to bounce back and this Husker defense won't suffocate them like MSU did. When not facing the #1 defense in the country, Michigan is averaging over 40 ppg (which is a quality you like to see out of a team you're laying points with).
I'm also banking on the Big House to rattle the young Husker QB, who has certainly shown that he can be rattled. I'm thinking a desperate Michigan team gets some nice "home cookin'" from the refs and they'll be able to jump on the Huskers early and really apple pressure to Armstrong, ultimately pulling away, 37-20.
Good luck ya'll

It's actually not a concern for me either way. I heard Big Ten Network say he was out, but even if he played, he's very dinged up and his style of play requires him to take a lot of hits. Martinez hasn't been himself for quite a while.

I like the over in this one. Michigan cost me 6K early in season by their miserable performances vs Akron & their "bounce back" game against Uconn. They didn't bounce back, as a matter of fact that almost lost to 0-7 Uconn: only games Uconn covered all year. But I put my whole BR on Penn State vs Michigan. And play of year was Michigan state last week vs Michigan (posted). Nebraska however is miserable on the road. And this is a good spot for Michigan. Bounce back spot. Think they win, not sure if they cover the 6. But expect a ShootOut in Ann Arbor.

Michigan had to be flying high last week after the biggest game of the year for them. Just don't think they will get up this week for Nebraska. Big let down spot.

Trying to figure out which NU team will show up has become folly. After NW was gouging them last week, the D coaches threw up their hands and asked the players what they wanted to do. They said keep it simple and go back to a 4-man front and then they shut them down the rest of the way. From an attitude point of view, gotta figure Nebraska's is feeling better about themselves than UM is. Our QB play will be key. If Armstrong can keep his head outta his rear end, we have a chance.
