I’ve decided I’m taking the under 50.5. They are expecting a storm in Minnesota. Good chance RB Darius Taylor does not play for Minn. I think Minnesota wants to run the ball behind their big offensive line because of their QB.
Max Johnson while he has experience at other schools, has never had a season where he had more big-time throws than turnover worthy plays. I think the UNC coaching staff may want him to more manage the game and not make mistakes, especially when they have a great back like Hampton.
New QB’s for both teams could spell trouble in the red zone especially if there is bad weather. Both teams have new Defensive Coordinators so I’m thinking maybe they have their defenses excited to play and prove something. UNC returns a lot of experience on the defensive side of the ball, though it was a bad defense last year. I’m hoping it will be at least a little improved.
All this I think points to points being hard to come by.

Thanks. I had heard that about both Quarterbacks. John Madden once said if you have 2 Quarterbacks you have zero Quarterbacks. Would rather the RB not be playing but maybe not 100%? We’ll see what his production is like. They do have some depth at RB also.

Taylor was reportedly still limping on Tuesday. Even if he plays, or attempts to, unlikely he'll be full strength. And if he does play, gamesmanship on the NC defense comes into play, "Which leg Coach?"
