No way ND loses this game... and here's why:

1.  Win and they play for the National Championship

2.  ND Defense will dominate this game

3.  ND will control the clock

4.  USC is not playing for anything

5.  Final Score:  ND 24 - USC 16

Refs may be on ND in this game. ND vs Alabama in NC would mean huge ratings and attention. ND is a cash cow for the networks.

They're playing in a national spotlight and trying to ruin a teams chance of going to a national championship, with no pressure on them.  They have nothing to play for?

If Barkley was playing.. then I could see how you could make an argument for a good game.  ND has too much defense for USC this year.... The BCS wants ND to win...

Also... throw some $$ on the SJST over tonight... game will end in the 80's if not higher... SJST will air it out all night long.. and La Tech will score as well...
