Lastly,  OSU got away with multiple holding calls in the first half,  it would have not mattered most Ethan likely but it definitely changed the game.  Clemson losing Nolan in first half was so huge, losing their linebacker captain just glorified everything.  Also Clemson defense was cramping the whole game...  I don’t know how and it shows Dabo  did not have them ready because it was ideal conditions.

This game would've been more interesting if Fields didn't get banged up.   I'm leaning Alabama at -7.  Some book had them at -9 before Ohio's great performance.

Clemson could have had their whole team going.....didn't matter...OSU dominated last yr and they were not going to let this one slip as they completely controlled the game after the first Q ....Clemson's defense has been a shadow of its past 4 yrs ...all year long and that was their achilles, plus a good defense like the Irish exposing their tendencies on offense when they had a tackler ready on every play the first game for Etienne .....notice Etienne got controlled in this one? It then takes away from Lawrence who is deadly on play action

You are looking at the new era going forward....Buckeyes and Bama dominating recruiting (happening already) and either team being a factor for a long time
