well, it's got to be an "OVER" in fact you might think when you see the score if it's a football game or an early basketball game!
Well 76 is certainly a big number to cover but I can see a 45-31 type affair. The OM defense looks to be a lot better than in 2020, which isn't saying a lot. Tulane lost to Oklahoma 40-35 and that exact score would still fall below the 76 total on this game.

I think people are looking too much into the 35 Tulane score against OU. Lots of factors got them that score, but I also think that makes Ole Miss very aware and wont sleep on this team. I think Tulane is gonna struggle to do much of anything constantly....not saying they cant/wont score, but I think 24/27 is my max for them. So that would mean Ole Miss gonna need 50+.....sure it could happen.....still a tall order on any given saturday.

All over tulane +15.5 here. this is the best team Ole Miss has played to date, and I think Tulane has the goods to stick with them deep into the 2nd Half...they clearly show that they dont quit.
what has ole miss shown us? (not rhetorical, seriously objective, analytical question here) beat louisville, who cant pass, and has absolutely no explosiveness in the run game (only 4.2 avg. vs EKY ) Beat austin peay...but in EACH GAME their defense allowed several scores late in the 2H...so, If Ole Miss continues to score, will Tulane be able to score with them. Tulane's offensive prowess, and Ole Miss sugar style lukewarm 2nd half defense suggests, Yes...
even if this is a 21 point game in the 2H, and the teams trade scores, Tulane should have the Backdoor wide open...
ole miss in the ULTIMATE LOOK AHEAD SPOT, and how could they not be tempted to look ahead to who they play next.
