Nebraska homer here! Nebraska is average at best but I think this game sets up ideally for them. Michigan State is coming off a huge hail mary win against Wisconsin - spells letdown. Michigan State has had a pretty tough past three games. Michigan State hasn't played in Lincoln. Nebraska has been getting bashed for there poor performance against top rated teams. The line has the higher rated team favored over the lower rated team. Local has the spread at 2.5 and he always adds points to Nebraska. My two cents is that Nebraska is going to play fairly strong today and that they will cover the spread.
