Really close game no matter how you look at it. It will come down to how Allar handles pressures since he didn't do a great job of it vs Boise after the 1Q. I think Penn St comes out fast with 2 extra days to prepare and a gameplan similar to how USC attacked the outside vs cover1/robber coverages. I will probably have a bet at halftime depending on the numbers since I think there is an edge in coaching adjustments.
