All I know is PAC 10 has favored well so far 

Cal, Stanford and Wash St with easy covers on the road and all of those home dogs the line dropped significantly.

Happen again? I don't know

Actually I came here to see if there was anything---the line also moved similarly on a game I really liked ( Miami Ohio, from plus 16.5 to +14, Miami got stomped) It could be some tout(s) somewhere created a stamped towards SJSU, otherwise I see nothing going on to indicate a reason.
