Yeah these 2 teams are defense juggernauts! Look at the history of these teams almost every game is in the high 30s and 40s. C&#x27;mon man!

Last yr was WKU&#x27;s first yr in conf USA. The more familiarity they have with teams in conf play this year could lead to a bit less shootouts IMO. LA Tech has a new QB who is not exactly a gunslinger, while their RB situation is very solid and likely to be the focus of their Offense at least til Driskel gets settled. Been saying the same thing about the NfL game: when you know the other team can score a lot, you run and try to keep the ball out of their hands. WKU D was not good last year but they are now an experienced group with plenty of seniors and should improve that aspect. In fact, if I&#x27;m the coach of WKU I know my Offense is fine so I will be stressing Defense ALL WEEK.Everyone loves to see scoring which is why the public loves Overs. Early in the season a lot of things can screw up an Over, like wildly  nconsistent FG kickers that you get in small schools. A lot of people bet their house on UNC/SoCar being an Over last week!
