@Thinkb4ubet&#xA; If it&#x2019;s being pushed on TV, they&#x2019;re passively encouraging the masses (with new, legal access to sports betting) to place on Penn State. Based on what my eyes have seen so far from both, I&#x2019;d take Illinois &#x2B;18 in Penn State

@JoseAlonso787&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA; Well it is from  Bostonian Vs Book show on sportsgrid, but I hear ya. Was reason I bet on Penn State vs WV . But will say one guy thought 18 was bit uncomfortable and other teased it to 17 from 17.5 early.&#xD;&#xA;Just a glaring stat &#xD;&#xA;BOL
