Penn state has 6 opt outs 

they still do have Clifford though 

Arkansas just missing treylon burks who is a huge weapon but they should be able to run the ball and make enough plays to get the job done

With 6 players opt out, line still seems pretty low to me. Penn state here. 

Penn State Defense - opt-out two LB #1&#2 leading tacklers on the team, and their team captain strong safety #4 tackler vs Arkansas how loves to run the ball with dual-threat QB KK Jefferson. Good luck with that one.  ARK is the right side.

 Only way I see penn state keeping it close or winning is if their offense goes off 

their offense is still in tact but they are missing their most explosive play make in dotson and Clifford loves to target him

if someone can step in and make those plays and penn state has an amazing offensive performance then they have a shot but I don’t see it 

honestly kind of like the over think this could be a shoot out potentially 

Franklin and co. = cant see shootout with their play calling.     Havent been in one all year.    Every game feel like im scratching my head after some bonehead possessions in big games

Im a state fan but all over ark here

Ohio State wont win either.  Not with Olave and Wilson out.
