Yea. I’ve been locked out all week. They can’t get my account verified. Super buggy. And they’ve been slow in clarifying the problem. If its me or technical at their end.

I know some of the programmers and one line setter ..... see them once a year and they have some line setters in Toronto region. One just quit recently because of too many hours affecting home life.
The issues you may be having might relate to this because someone I knew did the lines for most N.A. sports and they may have some issues with not having the right people in place. His assistant/friend just took a vacation from Oct 10-20th so that might explain why. They went on a Jamaica holiday with my neighbor ( I was supposed to go on but have a sick and needy dog aging so passed on it. )
I can vouch for good people on the front lines at Pinnacle.

I'm trying to log in from BC and it's saying I'm in Ontario lol. I sent them an email they'll probably get back in two weeks or so. Anybody in Canada know what the scoop here is? Should I just move everything over even though I'm not in Ontario? Maybe I'll just wait for a reply from them. Sucks because I won't be able to log in for the 4pm pacific games

I’ve emailed them asking to return the funds and close my account. It shouldn’t be that hard just to log in. I can’t be bothered changing dns servers, and no guarantee that will work either, and that was never suggested up front when the changeover occurred.
I don’t think you can use the Ontario site legally if you’re in BC. But doesn’t surprise me it’s telling you that!

Thanks for the reply caveman. Pinny got back to me they said it was some glitch. I'm able to log in again so it's all good. I definitely agree with you that it's a hassle if you live in Ontario plenty of other options out there these days. Gl to you!

I've been trying to log in, and both on my PC and phone they want some geolocation app installed to prove I'm in Ontario. Let me tell you....I've never seen such a hassle as this.

Blame the right wingnuts of the government of Ontario who want freedom of everything else except when it comes to your betting money because I CANNOT EVEN BRING up Vegas Insider since they allowed game /in-game betting for 15 million people in our province. They have a monopoly and want to know where the fuk your money is going....its b.s over reach

I was going back and forth with them and have to say that their customer service was outstanding but the problem still hasn't been fixed up to this writing.
Not knowing of the bullshit to come I had made a withdraw just before the change and had two pending futures on Philadelphia to win Conference and Super Bowl.
I had send them 13 difference screenshots of all the steps I did on my android and a short video of steps on my computer screen.
They answered me back every time and I'm not a big client so I can't say anything negative about them. I had had enough, spend way to many hours going back and forth with them so I figured this is not meant to be right now and took a break up to end of Super Bowl.
Back at it and was given "Please be so kind to confirm if you would like to self exclude your account with a period of 6 months or if you would like to deactivate your account with a period of 6 months"
I wasn't impressed with that answer and took it as person didn't know the history of what was going on and answered back that NO I don't want to self exclude and even if I deactivate my account for 6 months how am I going to withdraw my money or even continue playing if I can't log on.
Trying different things by fluke I shut my android wi-fi off and finally was able to get on after all this time.
I messaged them back to tell them how I got on and to maybe pass it on to the many others having same issue.
I took the opportunity then to withdraw my remaining dollars. Just the other night I checked to see if maybe there was a fix but nope so I shut off my wi-fi and was able to log on again but who the hell wants to go through all the bullshit to place a wager. Shutting off wi-fi there still is a wait "do not force stop" then GeoGuard has to be refreshed and then wait for PINNACLE site to come up.
Anyone thinking this is PINNACLE doing it's not. Just go check out reviews for GeoGuard Location Validator.

This app never seems to work properly. I need to use this for Sports Interaction but works one day and the next day it doesn't. You get an error from the app and when you follow the instructions it tell you to do the same thing. You can't really close everything down when you already have. So frustrating to be forced to use an app that doesn't work!
