They ought to consider a team like NC State ...kind of like a stepchild in the state to Duke, North Carolina and Wake Forest and would get in the North Carolina market

This is my favorite plan that nobody is talking about. Two weeks of having the 3:30 SEC game preempted by Boston College here in the Raleigh market is plenty, thanks.

&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA; Virginia Tech has no interest in being in the SEC. &#xD;&#xA;The Hokies are good at beating average teams but are 1-27 against Top 5 teams under Beamer. The SEC usually has 2 or 3 Top 5 teams in any given week. Va.Tech can&#x27;t compete consistantly in the SEC and they know it.
