For both of these teams you don't know what your going to get. You can get a good team from south florida or you can get the awful team. I just can't see south florida covering the 10.5, rutgers defense is good enough to hold them to not alot of points. If rutgers can produce some offense this will be a close one. I say it should be a good low game full of struggling offenses and good defense.
