Washington State / Colorado State
Colorado State off3ense ranked 28th nationally averaging 461 YPG. Grayson completed at a 62% clip and amassed 3,327 yards on 428 attempts, which resulted in 21 TDs and only 10 Ints. In the backfield Bibbs rushed for 1,572 yards and a very impressive 28 TDs. On the other side Washington State ranked 4th nationally in passing at 364 yards per game. Halliday threw for 4,187 yards with his only blip being that he had 21 Ints to go with his 28 TDs. So we have two very potent offenses matched up today. Both defenses are less than stellar however as Colorado States secondary gives up 265 ypg and Washington State defense gave up 447 ypg. This game has an 80 point total written all over it as there is no way that either defense can stop either offense and both offenses are best at what each defense is worst at. I look for a very high scoring affair to opebn the Bowl season!
