Well looks like all the nay says about how strong the SEC is have now proof once again

Top to bottom the SEC is the 4th best conference AT BEST

The SEC went 9-2 in the bowls. 7 of those wins by 21 or more. What three conferences would you put ahead of them? Are you really this stupid or are you that drunk?

SEC certainly ruled the bowl season. 9-2 straight up, 8-3 ATS. 7 wins by 21+.

The SEC went 9 and 2, breaking the record... Covering the spread in all but two games and completely dominating, and won the National Championship, AGAIN... Yes, the SEC is back.

1. Big 12. By a long shot
2. Pac 12
3. Tie between Big 10 and MAC
4. SEC
5. ACC

and the SEC and ACC can be interchanged depending on your personal bias.

The SEC went 3-0 against the Big 12 and won each game by 22+ points. I do not know where to go from here. You truly are a special kind of stupid.

I'll post on this just because I'm tired of SEC fans not looking at whole college landscape. I do agree SEC had a great bowl season but would still not say they are far and away the best conference. Bowls are all about matchups and SEC somehow escapes a lot of quality opponents by not playing PAC 12 and matchups such as Oregon/TCU and UNC/Baylor. They may have beat up on these teams as well but they match up with Big 10/ACC and didn't even matchup with some of their better teams because Ohio State played Notre Dame and Florida State played Houston.

I HATE THE SEC BUT GIVE THEM THEIR PROPS THIS YEAR, CLEARLY THE BEST! FOR THE SEC, IT IS ALABAMA AND EVERYONE ELSE IN THE CONFERENCE! ALABAMA HAS DOMINATED FOR THE LAST SIX YEARS.

Just received word that this guy is now part of the playoff selection committee. Do not be surprised if a one loss SEC champion is left out of the final four in favor of a 9-3 Bowling Green team. LOL

It amazes me how clueless people are of the SEC....especially because a team is competitive in one game, with weeks to prepare.  
 
Just because Clemson played ONE great game against Bama, doesnt mean the SEC isnt that good or Clemson and many other teams could compete in the SEC.  

The SEC rolled through bowls games this year again.

But, bowl games are alot different when you can rest for weeks and prep...as compared to playing LSU one week, then Georgia, then Ole Miss then Vandy, then Bama, then Miss St

Yes, Clemson played with Bama, and maybe others could as well for one game...But to think teams like Clemson, Stanford would compete in the SEC for an entire season is laughable.

Clemson would have 4 losses in the SEC...

SEC is not as good as SEC fans think... and their haters will have to debate this for another year lol.

Alabama won because they are the best team in the country.  I have no doubt about this.  Forget the polls, I don't think there is another SEC team in the top 15

Big 10 is better than people think, and so is PAC 12.
