Feiner has an awful reputation, he was a known ripoff artist in 90s and how he has managed to continue is beyond me! Most of the touts are awful and disingenous , I have used very few over years but will tell you Marc Lawrence, LPW Sports Forecast and Docs Sports are a few that I will infrequently purchase things like Games of Year and are solid,but only rarely use. Many good cappers here

He is a known scammer. Most touts are just marketers and are clueless about picking games. Even the ones considered good (ras or drbob) are also losers with shitty lines and picks on low limit games.In my opinion, the only capper that is worth paying money is bettingresource. They are the only handicappers that treat sports betting like investment and with their money management and picks you can grow your capital. Even if you don&#x27;t get their picks, their free money management strategy and their spreadsheet will help you long way  with your own picks.

When I was first starting out betting college football (about age 22), I paid 50$ for Dave Cokin's weekend package......3 college games, and 1 NFL Game. The big bet was supposed to be Arizona St (+3) over UCLA.

I shitttt you not, the picks went 0-4, and ASU's qb ended up being a gametime scratch. So, being a hotheaded kid, I got on the phone and called these guys every name in the book.......and guess what happened.......next Saturday morning my phone rang, and it was the same guy trying to sell me Dave's under the hat winner for 75$.

That is a mistake you only need to make once in life.....and I am thankful that those picks went 0-4 so I got the message loud and clear.

FWIW, I do call the free picks hotline when I hear cappers advertising them on the radio.

Yesterday, the free pick from one of the touts that was advertising on Jay Mohr Sports (I don't remember the guys name.....but he had 3 names and was the self proclaimed "king of the big game")was the UNDER on the Vikings/Packers matchup.

freewinners.net&#xD;&#xA;I called them up few weeks ago inquiring about the IBR package...First weekend of the year they gave me Georgia -9 over Clemson.  Georgia pulled away for a 24 pt win.  2 weeks ago they had Indy -7 over Jax. Indy rolled by I think 30.  They claim they have an "epic" weekend October 11/12 with 2 more IBR plays.  Just not sure what to make of this as everything is done via phone and no supporting records, etc.

I could go on and on about this....but I don't want to waste mine or your time, stay away from all of them. Most play both sides of the game.

Bad thing is, that once you fall for any of those guys, then you are in the Vegas data base and cursed for life. I still get at least 15-20 calls from different vegas numbers each and every week, year round and I haven't used or paid for a service in probably close to 15 years. Even worse, now they send multiple texts every day....

Bellagio-go to the site freewinners.net.....click on radio show....listen briefly as every week they advertise "free picks".  Think they were advertising ND/Stanf, OU/TCU and OleMiss/Bama tomorrow with 3 nfl games Sunday.  I have never gotten the "free picks".  Like I said I called one day, spoke to some guy named Bobby Manu, and he since then gave me 2 "IBR" winners.  that&#x27;s it, just 2 games...but they claim next weekend will be huge....
