Play Of The Weekend!
Temple -8.5 at home verses Georgia Tech.
Question Urban. Is your pick due to Temple facing old coach? Is Temple ticked? Like, "you left us!!" Are they wanting to get after Collins, show him should have stayed?

It has everything to do with Temple being much more talented on both sides of the ball. It has to do with the QB passing of Temple QB Russo, the receiving of Jaden Blue, and the running of Rahman Davis. Georgia Tech is allowing 275 yards rushing per game, and with the passing game of Temple it is only going to provide Davis the opportunity to run wild.
Georgia Tech has very little chance in this game, and the only hope is if they can establish a running game which is highly unlikely.

Another game that I found that really stands out to me that I feel will most definitely take us to the pay window is SMU -8 against a weak South Florida team, despite South Florida having extra time to prepare. They simply do not have the offensive to keep up with the Mustangs, or the defense to slow them down. I have SMU winning by 2 touchdowns or more.

Ga Tech is awful... as a UGA fan, that makes me smile. As a bettor, that makes me like the UNDER here as well. Books are finally catching on and the number is 48 this week; the Yellow Jackets have failed to reach the point total 2 weeks in a row. They did the first week thanks to Clemson providing 52 of the points. Ga Tech didn't just change coaches, but the entire philosophy of their football program. I do believe Collins was the right hire but they are going to struggle for at least 2-3 years until the personnel is completely flipped over from the Triple Option leftovers.
You're gonna need Temple to come up with most of that 48 points. I'll say they come up with enough to cover the -8 but not enough to get this game in the 50's.
BoL this week Urban!!!

See you Temple and SMU players at the pay window, and the beer will be on ice, and the girls waiting to party with us!
