Here is the deal on this game.
If Clemson can block the animals they have on that DL then Clemson has a solid chance of winning. IF they cant, then FSU will probably win. FSU has the deepest and fastest DL in the country. Look FSU is a good football team. Going to the Doak and winning on a Saturday night in hostile environment is very difficult. Gameday is there, night game and the combination of that crowd is why the line is so high.
If Clemson blocks these guys upfront Boyd will take over. Clemson has the best WR corp in the country. Add a very talented back in Ellington..... Clemson is dangerous. I have been saying all year how do account for Boyd, Watkins, Hopkins, Ellington, Peake, Bryant and Ford? Im mean my goodness, Clemson is crazy good on offense. The defense??? Ok. not good by any means. I think they will play decent this week. But really this is about the offense. If Boyd gets it rolling the Doak will get real quite.
It's simple for FSU.....Rush the passer. Send those Crazy D-Lineman after him and show no mercy. But laying 14 against that offense? I may eat my words on it.... But thats a little crazy
My honest opinion is FSU will win a close game. I think they will do enough to win it.
