Toledo tryin to supplant Tulane for NY6 glory this year and w their schedule this is a must win to have any shot at that .... I like the prospects of ILL turning in another surprise year or at least pulling some shockers, plenty of dudes back to do that .. love that pick bud, could make my card unfortunately im a bit limited in what I can put down, ILL books not carrying that one or the other potential MAC ATTACK I like week 1 .. good luck bud!

With you on Vandy...Best play on the board in week 0, in my opinion...Hawaii will be better than last year, but this is a must win no look ahead game for the dores and they will be focussed...

Navy vs Notre Dame

.....Over is 9-3 in the last 12 meetings....Notre Dame was 7-0 Over in their last 7 Games to Finish last Season....See this One hitting the Mid to Upper 50's even with the New Rule on time...Navy has many Starters back...(around 17-18 depending on which book)...and their Offense will have more Passing under 1st Year Coach Brian Newberry....IMO...So...

Top #1 Surprise Team for 2023:

Iowa....Total Wins.....Over 8 1/2

***Last Season I had LSU and my #1 Surprise Team after going 5-5 and 6-7 in Two Years...Winning 9 Regular season games and playing in SEC title Game...and they will be Solid this Season...IMO...Iowa went 7-5 Regular Season last year...See a 9-3 or 10-2 Season in 2023.....Iowa has 16 Starters back from 2022 and Add Transfer QB Cade McNamara from Michigan...3 Hard Road Games...Penn St...Wisconsin and maybe Nebraska.....Iowa's Defense was Outstanding and should be again this Year....Watch for IOWA...IMO..So...

 Question is does Vandy beat hawaii in a way they did Elon last year…lackluster but 11 point win…no doubt they are 3tds more talented than rainbows

Iowa has such an easy schedule. A lot of shops have 8 flat. 7.5 was available for -167 about a week ago. 8-4 should be easy. 

Vandy team total might be worth a look.

***Last year to start the Season...USC put up 66 points on Rice in game #1....Caleb Williams won the Heisman and is the Favorite this year....Look for Lincoln Riley to want to get Williams off the a Great Start to the Season...Points...Points....Points...lot of Offense side is back...Williams got hurt in the Pac 10 title game or USC might have had a shot at the Playoffs...In USC last 10 games of the Season....9-1 went OVER the number...Including the Cotton Bowl game Vs Tulane 46-45 Loss...See this game also having USC score in the 60's like the Rice game and is the Best Over in the first weekend...IMO...So..

***NOTE: Weather: 5:30 Kickoff...Jacksonville Alabama...Near Record Temps 96 degrees...Sunny Clear skies....Wind 5-10mph...Hot...Both teams come from Warm/Hot areas But this will be their First game...UTEP does like to Run the Ball so some clock will Tick...BUT I see some long Runs during the game to help negate that...Last year Jack St Ave 36.2pts/game and UTEP Ave 24.4pts/game with Both teams looking to have even better Offenses with many Starters back...including Both QB's and RB's....UTEP has just Bad...Really Bad on D allowing Teams to score an Ave of 36.5pts/game in their Road games...Lowest Road score game was 27pts vs New Mexico (2-10 year) in a 27-10 Loss...Other 5 games 35pts or more was Allowed...Game looks like a Good Over...Total Opened at 52pts and IMO I think it hits 56pts by Kickoff....**UTEP is 9-2 Over in their Last 11 Road Games....Think the second half Jack St gets worn down with the Bigger line for UTEP with more Points being Scored in 2nd half (I Will play that but can't Post on Saturday...Be at Lake..Sorry)....so like UTEP as Side also smaller...IMO..So...
