Too good to be True????? Rutgers +1? WHY?

Question

Looking over all of the early games, this one seems to stand out the most for me.  I don&#x27;t see why Rutgers is the underdog, unless I&#x27;m missing something.  Someone please tell me why this looks soo enticing?  GL to everyone today..

Game means almost nothing to Rutgers and they have to play in 5 days against UL to win the Big East.  They are looking to get out of this game healthy.  Pitt has to win out to become bowl eligible.  Motivation is clearly on Pitt&#x27;s side for this game.

&#xD;&#xA;Pitt can&#x27;t become bowl eligible because they played 2 FCS teams.  Pitt HAS to win 7 games vs 6 in order to bowl.  Not happening this year.  Which is good for me, I hope!!  GL though..

I was thinking the same thing, and I did put Rutgers in a $5 (lottery ticket) 11 team parlay.

But when looking at this game - what kept me from making a play - is that the Rutgers offense SUCKS! Yes they do have a damn good defense. But their offense could easily get them beat in this game. Rutgers has superior defense, but I'm telling you.... RUTGER OFFENSE BLOWS. And it could cost them dearly in this game today.

If this helps, a majority of the world is betting on rutgers. And pittsburgh isnt even ranked, yet theyre favored by 1 or 1.5 at some places. That doesnt seem sketchy at all? It could be a trap, but im siding with Vegas on this one. Public could win, but hey someone will come out on top. Hope i do. GL bud.

i was going to take rutgers moneyline but i have a feeling people get screwed who take rutgers moneyline.. so i took rutgers &#x2B;3 @ -145 in a parlay... whenever the spread is 2.5 or less alot of times its a 1 or 2 point game so people who get greedy and take the dog moneyline lose

A handful of teams still have a chance to reach six wins and join the list of qualifiers, but there may not be enough when it&#x27;s all said and done.Before the season, the NCAA announced contingency plans for exactly this type of scenario. There&#x27;s even a way for 5-7 teams to be selected &#x2014; it&#x27;s tied to academic performance &#x2014; if other alternatives have been exhausted.The list of 61 eligible teams does not include Georgia Tech, which is 6-5 but could end up 6-7 if it loses this weekend and again in the ACC title game. However, if there aren&#x27;t enough teams at .500 or better to fill all the bowls, Georgia Tech at 6-7 would have priority over any 5-7 teams.
